What the feature is
Notion AI meeting notes is Notion's feature for turning a meeting into notes: a summary and action items written into a page. Searches for meeting notes, notion meeting notes, and notion ai meeting notes land on this product. In public descriptions of the 2026 plans, full Notion AI, including this feature, is part of Business and Enterprise, not Plus. Confirm that gate on the pricing page, because AI packaging has moved before.
The draft is a starting point. It does not know which sentence was a decision and which was a joke. Read it before you share the page. A meeting minutes template with Decision, Owner, and Date fields is the place to put what you keep.
What to verify in the draft
Check names, numbers, and dates. A summary that says 'next Thursday' without a calendar date will be wrong the following week. Attach an owner to every action. An action with no owner is a sentence, not a task.
Recording and transcription depend on the meeting being one Notion can hear, and on the people in the room knowing it is being transcribed. Follow your organization's rule on recording. This site does not operate the feature and does not store your meetings.
