Keep one list
A daily planner template, daily planning template, or life planner template fails when it is a second copy of your tasks. Filter the weekly planner database to today. The page can still look like a daily sheet: three outcomes at the top, the timed blocks under them, and a note at the bottom.
A life planner is the same idea across areas (school, work, home), not a different app. Use the Area property you already have. A separate life-planner database splits the day across two inboxes.
What goes on the page
Three outcomes you can finish. Timed events copied from the calendar, not retyped if Notion Calendar already shows them. A short note for what rolled to tomorrow. Habits can sit in a habit tracker linked at the bottom, so the day page does not become a grid of checkboxes.
