What a vision board is
A vision board, dream board, or dreamboard is a page of images and short phrases for a period you choose, usually a year. Searches for vision board template, vision board samples, sample vision board, dream board samples, and dreamboard sample want to see the shape. The shape is a few themes, each with a phrase and an image. It is not a project plan.
Put dates and next actions in the goal tracker. Put repeated actions in the habit tracker. The board is what you look at when you forget why the tracker exists. A board with no tracker behind it is a poster.
How to make a sample that is yours
Pick three to six themes. Write one sentence each, in plain language. Add an image you have the right to use: your own photo, or a picture with a license that allows it. A sample board copied from a stranger's goals will not change what you do on Monday. Review the board when you review goals, not every morning by obligation.
Questions
- What is a dream board sample?
- A page with a handful of themes, a short phrase for each, and images. The sketch on this page is a sample of the themes, without stock photos. Your board should use your sentences.
- How is a vision board different from a goal tracker?
- The board is the picture and the phrase. The tracker has a due date and a next action. Keep both, and do not paste the tracker into the collage.
