Sample layout

Sample sessions. Each row is one sitting, not a whole course.
A study planner is a schedule, not a wish
Study planner, study planning, and studying planner searches want a week of sessions that happen before the deadline, not a single block labeled 'study' the night before. Each row is one sitting: start time, course, and the exact work (a section, a problem set, a past paper).
Put deadlines in the assignment tracker. Put sessions here. A session that says 'study biology' cannot be finished. A session that says 'chapter 6, sections 1 to 3' can.
How to space the sessions
For a Friday exam, put the first session on Monday and a recall session on Thursday. Two short sessions beat one long session the night before, because the second sitting shows what you forgot. The student planner holds the course list this page should point at with a relation.
How to set it up
- Enter the exam or due date. In the assignment tracker, not only in your head.
- Add two sessions before it. One to learn, one to recall. Put them on the calendar as dated rows.
- Name the task. Pages, problem numbers, or a past paper. Stop when the row is specific.
Questions
- How do I create a study planner?
- Make a database with Date, Course, and Task. Add a calendar view. For each deadline, create at least two sessions on earlier days with a specific task name.
- What is a study schedule template?
- The same database shown as a week. A schedule is the dated view. A planner is that view plus the assignment it is preparing for.
